Know the storage start date
The published policy gives ordinary purchased and forwarded items 90 calendar days of free storage from stocking and listing in the warehouse, within a maximum period of 120 days. Check the date shown for each item; do not start counting from the date you first found its link.
Review overdue charges
The published policy describes charges from day 91 at 0.2% of the paid item price per day, with a minimum of ¥1 per item per day and a cap of ¥300 per item per month. Check your warehouse account and current terms for the applicable calculation.
Confirm return eligibility promptly
The returns page describes a five-day warehouse return service for eligible products, subject to seller rules and item condition. It also lists excluded products. This should not be read as a universal free-return promise.
Obtain approval and check the costs
Contact support before sending an item back. Return shipping and some completed service charges may not be refundable. The official refund terms state that approved refunds use the original payment method; processing and bank posting take time.
