Check your exact order
Compare the item, color and quantity with what you selected. Where measurements are visible, compare them with your own requirements. If a detail cannot be assessed from the photos, ask for clarification before arranging international shipment.
Check the view against the question
Start with the feature you need to assess, then identify whether an available photo actually shows it. Several views of the same surface may leave a different detail unanswered. The following prompts help you describe the missing information; they do not establish that extra photos or measurement services are included or available.

Request clarification without assuming a service
Make one specific request and ask whether it can be fulfilled, whether a fee applies and how long it may take. Do not interpret an unanswered request as a completed check. Keep the response with the relevant order and review unresolved details before authorizing international shipment.

Confirm photo availability on the product page
QC counts can be reported differently across data sources or groups of related variations. This directory directs you to check available QC rather than using a zero count to claim that no photos exist.
