Start with who buys the item
The shopping guide describes submitting product choices for a LitBuy agent to purchase. The forwarding page instead provides a warehouse-address step and a form for incoming parcel information. Use that distinction to locate the right record: requesting a purchase and identifying an incoming parcel are separate tasks.
- 01Who purchases?
Agent request or an outside purchase?
- 02Which record?
Source option or incoming tracking?
- 03After storage
Review contents → plan international shipping
Match the information to the task
Use the table to prepare your questions. It separates the records you need; it is not a quotation of every current checkout field or service condition.
| Question | Agent purchase | Forwarding |
|---|---|---|
| Who is arranging the purchase? | You request that the agent buy the selected item. | You have arranged the purchase or incoming shipment separately. |
| Starting reference | Source item, selected version, size, color and quantity. | Incoming parcel reference and domestic courier tracking. |
| Amount to clarify | The selected item and purchasing charges, then parcel charges. | Any intake or forwarding services and the later international parcel charges. |
| Record to retain | Purchase confirmation and the related order. | External purchase record and the generated forwarding reference. |
| Later step | Review the warehouse item before arranging shipment. | Confirm storage, then select stored items for shipment. |
Use the warehouse address from your current account
The forwarding page requires login or registration to obtain the warehouse address. Use the address and identifiers actually supplied in your account. An old tutorial image or another person’s record is not your address instruction. If an address field is unclear, ask support how to enter it before arranging delivery; this article does not publish a reusable warehouse address.
Keep the incoming parcel identifiable
The public form requests a tracking number, parcel name and value. Its instructions describe generating a forwarding order reference after tracking is submitted, checking progress in Orders and arranging shipment through Warehouse once stored. Confirm the current field requirements in your account. A domestic delivery event and a completed storage record are different checks.
| Keep together | Why it helps |
|---|---|
| External purchase reference and selected items | Connect the parcel to what you arranged outside the agent purchase flow. |
| Domestic courier and tracking number | Identify the incoming journey rather than an international shipment. |
| Forwarding order reference | Connect the submitted information with the later account record. |
| Expected contents and parcel count | Ask how to record more than one incoming parcel or a changed tracking reference. |
| Recorded value and currency | Check what the current form requires; resolve uncertainty with support. |
Confirm acceptance and service scope first
Before sending anything, ask whether the particular goods and proposed incoming shipment can be accepted. Clarify required packaging, identifiers, services and fees, and whether any requested inspection or measurement is available. Do not transfer the service promises of a purchase order to a forwarding order without confirmation. An incoming tracking number does not settle the availability of an international line.
A request you can adapt
Use your own details and keep the reply with the incoming parcel record. No availability, fee or processing deadline is assumed by this template.
Continue from the stored item
After the storage record appears, compare its identified contents with your purchase record and any available inspection information. Resolve missing or unclear details before selecting items for a parcel. Then review the destination, packing, line and charges for that shipment. Do not treat payment to the original seller as proof that international shipping has also been paid.
